About ADGM
ADGM combines defence programme experience with systems architecture, mechanical engineering, embedded electronics, simulation, ML research, testing, and industrial-transition planning.
Our purpose
ADGM was formed around a simple thesis: modern counter-UAS capability does not always require replacing an entire installed weapon ecosystem. A carefully engineered smart-ammunition architecture can create a path to greater utility while preserving operator familiarity, logistics, and existing infrastructure.
The programme is intentionally structured as a reusable technology base rather than a one-tender, one-calibre design. Its long-term value lies in a common sensing-and-control core that can be adapted responsibly across adjacent host platforms.

Leads programme architecture, subsystem integration strategy, product-family planning, institutional partnerships, and TRL progression.
Founder, Systems Engineering
Brings defence systems, radar, launcher integration, embedded reliability, programme execution, and operational validation experience.
Product & Programme Partnerships
Supports product coordination, programme management, partner engagement, documentation, and cross-team execution.
Technical coverage
CAD, internal packaging, host compatibility, launch-survivability analysis, and prototype-oriented design.
Sensor front-end integration, PCB and power systems, sequencing logic, EMI/EMC readiness, and hardware validation.
Radar-signal modelling, classification research, simulation-to-real workflows, inference optimization, and test data pipelines.
Verification infrastructure, logging, failure analysis, regulatory documentation, materials compatibility, and industrialization planning.
Operating principles
Validate architecture, survivability, sensing, electronics, and safety logic before controlled higher-risk integration.
Use digital engineering to reduce avoidable physical iterations and make design decisions traceable.
Freeze system boundaries, verification criteria, and partner responsibilities before industrial transfer.
Publish enough to establish legitimacy while protecting defence-sensitive design information and intellectual property.
