About ADGM
ADGM combines defence programme experience, systems architecture, mechanical design, embedded electronics, radar/ML research, QA, safety documentation and industrial-transition planning.
Purpose
ADGM is formed around a practical modernization thesis: counter-UAS capability can be advanced by upgrading the ammunition layer while preserving existing platforms, operator familiarity, logistics, and support ecosystems.
The programme is intentionally structured as a reusable technology base rather than a single one-off round. Public information remains high-level and non-sensitive, with detailed technical material reserved for qualified, lawful, need-to-know processes.

Only information approved for public disclosure is shown below.
Founder, CEO and Systems Architect
Leads programme architecture, subsystem integration strategy, product-family planning, institutional partnerships and TRL progression.
Founder, Systems Engineering
Brings defence systems, radar, launcher integration, embedded reliability, programme execution and validation experience.
Product and Programme Partnerships
Supports product coordination, partner engagement, documentation and cross-team execution across programme workstreams.
Technical Coverage
Programme framing, host-context awareness, documentation discipline and partner coordination.
Interface definition, phased validation, risk registers and traceable development gates.
CAD-led packaging, host compatibility studies and prototype-oriented design workflows.
Sensor front-end planning, electronics integration, power-path validation and ruggedization studies.
Radar-signal modelling, classification research, simulation-to-real workflows and evaluation pipelines.
Verification evidence, failure analysis, controlled test planning and responsible disclosure practices.
Partner qualification, manufacturing-readiness planning, transfer pathways and scale-up documentation.
Milestone-linked execution designed for grants, investors, incubators and qualified industry partners.
Operating Principles
Validate architecture, survivability, sensing, electronics and safety logic before controlled higher-risk integration.
Use digital engineering to reduce avoidable physical iterations and make design decisions traceable.
Freeze system boundaries, verification criteria and partner responsibilities before industrial transfer.
Publish enough to establish legitimacy while protecting defence-sensitive information and intellectual property.
